Welcome to Liquid Dive Family! We are a family run, PADI 5* Dive Centre right on the beach! Imagine gearing up and stepping onto the sand and walking 50 metres to launch the boat! There isn't a better spot in Tofo! And if you like dogs, we have 6...and they will escort you to the boat when you go to dive!! 

 

We have 11 beach cabins, all with an ocean view, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and breakfast included from Happi Restaurant. 

 

We offer a wide range of activities in addition to our beach cabins so you can dive and stay without having to walk further than 50 metres! We offer fun diving and all the PADI scuba diving courses from beginner to professional level. We also offer Project AWARE specialisms including Shark and Manta Awareness. We have a small group policy at Liquid so you will have a maximum of 7 divers on your dive to guarantee you better encounters with the animals you see. Safety is also the most important thing for us so each dive is led by an experienced Instructor and followed by a Divemaster so that if you or any other diver has any problems or is low on air, they can ascend without ending the dive for the others in the group. The Divemaster will also go at the pace of the slowest diver to make sure no one gets lost or feels pressure to descend too quickly for equalisation. 

 

We also offer the famous Ocean Safari. This is a great way to try to encounter the marine life that makes Tofo famous: Giant Mantas, Whale Sharks and Dolphins. If you are lucky enough to see 1 of these creatures and to swim with them, it is an experience you will never forget! From the months of June to October, we are also blessed with the company of migrating Humpback Whales and their calves. These incredible animals put on a spectacular show for us and you can enjoy the show from the boat or from our bar and restaurant on the beach.

 

We have ocean kayaks which we use to take out 2 trips: 1 day trip to an island for lunch and a wonderful cultural experience; and a half day trip through the mangroves to see a range of stunning birds. 

 

We also have a Dhow Boat (a traditional Mozambican sailing boat) where we can take you out for a variety of tours including the very popular sunset cruise. 

 

For snorkellers, we have a wonderful trip in the nearby estuary. Our experienced guides will you show you some beautiful marine life such as sea moths, seahorses and juvenile frogfish amongst many others. 

 

And if you're not looking for an active holiday, we have our on-site bar and vegetarian restaurant, Happi, serving amazing daily changing food, smoothies, iced coffee and cocktails! Watch the waves from the best location in Tofo.
